Open card packs
Gems are spent to open card packs from the current set. Each pack contains a random selection of cards, with at least one card guaranteed to be Rare or higher.
Standard pack: 100 gems
Bundles & cosmetics
Gems can also be spent on limited bundles (such as the Welcome Bundle) and cosmetic items like avatars and profile customizations available in the in-game shop.
Every card pulled from a pack is randomly selected. The probabilities per card slot are:

Each pull is independent and unaffected by previous results. Rates may vary for limited-time or special packs; the in-game pack description will show the exact rates for that pack.
Gems have no real-world value
In-game gems are a limited license to use features of Atsumura. They cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or cashed out for real currency, and have no value outside of the game.
Purchases are non-transferable
Gems, cards, and other in-game items are tied to your account and cannot be transferred, sold, or traded outside of the in-game systems provided by Atsumura.
Refund policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a purchase was made in error or you experienced a technical issue, please contact us within 14 days at support@atsumura.com.
Age requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to play Atsumura, and at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make in-game purchases. Players under 18 should have permission from a parent or guardian.
Service changes
Atsumura is an ongoing service. Card availability, pack contents, pull rates, prices, and features may change over time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to in-game purchases.
